Submission

Regulations and Submission Process

Please read the Author Guidelines carefully before submitting your manuscript. Submissions that do not comply with these requirements will not be sent out for review. Manuscripts that are incomplete or do not meet the journal’s content, structural, or stylistic standards may be returned to the author for correction before entering peer review.

How to Submit

  • Manuscripts are to be submitted exclusively by email to the Managing Editor, Arash Ahmadzadeh, at: a.ahmadzadeh@coeuressonne.fr
  • Submit the article as a Microsoft Word (.docx) file.
  • The manuscript file must not contain the author’s name or identifying information, in order to preserve double-blind review.
  • Attach a separate file titled “Title Page” (or “Author Information”) containing:
    • full name(s) of the author(s),
    • academic rank/position,
    • institutional affiliation,
    • email address,
    • phone number,
    • and the name of the corresponding author.
  • If the article is derived from a thesis/dissertation or from a funded research project, this must be stated on the title page, together with full details (title of the work, supervisor, university, project number, etc.).

Publication Ethics and Author Declaration

By submitting a manuscript, the authors confirm that:

  1. the work is original and the result of their own research;
  2. it has not been published previously in any journal or medium (domestic or international);
  3. it is not being submitted simultaneously to another journal;
  4. all listed authors have approved the submission and have made a meaningful contribution to the research and writing.

Use of AI/LLM tools (for example for language and grammar) is permitted, but the name of the tool and the manner in which it was used must be clearly stated at the time of submission, in the “Comments for the Editor” section of the email.

Peer Review and Follow-Up

  • After an initial editorial check (to ensure conformity with the Author Guidelines), manuscripts are sent for double-blind peer review, in which the identities of both authors and reviewers remain concealed.
  • The review process typically takes 3 to 6 months.
  • After review, the corresponding author will be notified by email of the final decision: acceptance, acceptance subject to revision, or rejection, together with the reviewers’ comments.
  • If revisions are requested, the corresponding author must submit, within the specified deadline:
    • a revised version of the manuscript, and
    • a “response to reviewers” letter explaining how each point was addressed.
